Display date selection calendar differently

Booking · Travel

In this experiment, Booking displays different versions of their date selection calendar. This test allows knowing if displaying the date selection calendar differently will improve the user experience by allowing a more flexible search.

Version A

In this variation, a section on the bottom of the calendar displays the arrival date and depart date, once the user has selected them.

Version B

In this variation, the same section instead displays buttons that allow the user to select how flexible their dates can be, from one day to a week.
